ICT Dynamix actively supports local economic participation by:
- Giving preference to Botswana-registered suppliers and service providers when quality, availability, and pricing are comparable
- Prioritising citizen-owned businesses in our supply chain where practicable
- Employing Batswana professionals and investing in their development over the long term
Skills Development and Training
ICT Dynamix invests in the technical and professional development of its staff. We believe that building ICT competence among Batswana professionals strengthens both the company and the broader sector. This commitment includes:
